BalVidya is designed for children aged 3 years and above. The App should be used under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian or teacher. By allowing a child to use the App, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian or have appropriate permission to supervise them.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use BalVidya on an Android device that you own or control, solely for personal, non‑commercial educational purposes.

You agree not to:
- Reverse‑engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Modify, copy, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App or its content.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Bypass or interfere with any security features or technical protections of the App.
5. In‑App Content and Intellectual Property
All content within BalVidya—including text, graphics, images, icons, and educational material—is owned by the developer or licensed for use. All rights are reserved. You may not reuse or reproduce this content outside the App without prior written permission.
6. Third‑Party Services and Indus Appstore
BalVidya is distributed through Indus Appstore. Your download and use of the App may also be subject to the terms, conditions and policies of Indus Appstore and any other third‑party services integrated with the App. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of such third parties.

Your use of BalVidya is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information in connection with the App. Please read it carefully.
8. Updates and Changes to the App
We may update BalVidya from time to time to add new content, improve performance or address technical issues. Some updates may be delivered automatically via Indus Appstore. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use BalVidya, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App will be limited to the amount (if any) you paid for downloading or using the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BalVidya at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use BalVidya after changes are published, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
